Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please inform the courier immediately.

  • For any delivery-related issues, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
